The back yard has a cool little fire pit and lots of trees, including an apple tree on the side that's not in the picture.

For those of you who haven't heard, we're buying a house in Albany, Oregon. We feel like we were able to get a pretty good deal on it. It's a custom home on .21 acre with lots of cool features including covered RV parking, two gas fireplaces and a wrap around porch. The people who have lived in it are the same ones who had it built, and it has been very well taken care of. We think it looks like a small bed and breakfast.
