Here we sit...

Here we sit like birds in the wilderness, birds in the wilderness, birds in the wilderness,
Here we sit like birds in the wilderness waiting for the rest of you to come.
Waiting for the rest of you to come, waiting for the rest of you to come,
Here we sit like birds in the wilderness waiting for the rest of you to come.
Here we sit like sweat on the oatmeal, sweat on the oatmeal, sweat on the oatmeal,
Here we sit like sweat on the oatmeal waiting for the rest of you to come.
Waiting for the rest of you to come, waiting for the rest of you to come,
Here we sit like sweat on the oatmeal waiting for the rest of you to come.
Here we sit like stink on a donkey, stink on a donkey, stink on a donkey,
Here we sit like stink on a donkey waiting for the rest of you to come.
Waiting for the rest of you to come, waiting for the rest of you to come,
Here we sit like stink on a donkey waiting for the rest of you to come.
Here we sit like fish at the fish farm, fish at the fish farm, fish at the fish farm,
Here we sit like fish at the fish farm waiting for the rest of you to come.
Waiting for the rest of you to come, waiting for the rest of you to come,
Here we sit like fish at the fish farm waiting for the rest of you to come.

Here we sit like logs....

Whats going on?

We welcome grandchild # 14! What a cutie! Does she look like she is getting enough to eat?

We had some snow today! Larry drove himself to the bus and he said he looked like a snowman by the time he got to the bus stop. The good thing is that he now crosses Washington Blvd safely.

Mom had an eye check up today and things look good. She had a quilt meeting tonight.

Allison wants to know how to buy and cook a pot roast. If you have any good tips to send her let her know.

Pop has a computer set up in his office to simulate the one at work that he gets on to the Lockheed network with. It works good. This next week he will receive his 30th anniversary pin from Lockheed!

Larry got a new free computer (after his old one got filled up with spyware) courtesy of a piano lesson family who installed it with a flat panel monitor keyboard and the works.

Grandma Tolman had a mini stroke last Friday while playing piano for the old folks. She visited the emergency room but was later sent home and seems to be ok for now. Call her! She loves to hear from her family. We don't know how much longer we will have her.

Welcome to the Blog

If you are seeing this, hopefully that means that you can follow instructions. If you already had a blogger account than you had it easy. I hope that this can be a start to a family blog. If we really don't like the way this one is set up I can delete it and we can start over.

Using your blogger account you can post pictures, videos, and text to show the rest of the family what is going on in your neck of the woods. Once you have accepted my invitation and set up your account, you should be able to comment and post to this blog.

If you have not recieved an invitation and would like one, or would like one at a different e-mail address, please let me (Jeremy) know and I'll send you an invite to the e-mail you would like to use.

For now, feel free to post on here what you would like to see in our website, as I have not developed it very much yet. Forgive the broken links on the haddocks.us homepage for now. I have not uploaded the pages that the links go to yet. I just wanted to get the link here up and running so we can open the discussion and get something started.

Feel free to let me know what you think.
